What is it?
This individual health and wellness coaching sessions provide compassionate guidance and tools for you to put into practice and sustain healthy thoughts and habits today. The priority of each session is your most important well-being needs. Through the coaching techniques and change process, we identify the areas that spark energy and excitement to move you towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.
What is included?
- 12 weekly sessions done online or in-person (for Oahu clients)
- Email and text support between sessions
- Weekly guidance, feedback and accountability
- Clear action steps to complete before the next session
- Personalized/hand-picked tools, resources, books, and referrals according to client’s needs
