What is it?
This group session is designed to help guide you toward your best self. We do this by creating a wellness vision, which is a compelling statement of who you are and what health-promoting, life-giving behaviors you want to do consistently. During the session, we will craft a vision that magnetizes your energy toward joyful and positive change. By taking the time to create and clarify your wellness wishes, dormant ideas — like seeds — can come to life.
What is included?
- 1 hour session online or in person (for Oahu clients)
- Materials and handouts

- Identify the well-being areas in which you want to thrive.
- Recognize your strengths, values, obstacles and support systems.
- Visualize and describe your unique health and wellness vision.
- Create at least one action step to help you to get there.
